Eligibility The Services are intended for use by parents, guardians, educators, and children. Users under the age of 13 should use the Services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old or are accessing the Services with parental consent and that you have authority to accept these Terms on behalf of yourself or the child you represent.
Account Registration and Security Some features require registration. When creating an account, you agree to:

By submitting User Content, you grant Kids Innovative a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, perform, adapt, modify, and create derivative works of your User Content for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Services and Kids Innovative’s educational products and services. You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant this license and that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights or these Terms. Removal: We may remove or refuse to display any User Content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.
Privacy Our collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy. Parents and guardians are encouraged to review the Privacy Policy before allowing children to use the Services.
Payments and Subscriptions If the Services include paid products, digital content, or subscriptions, you agree to pay all fees and taxes charged for those items.
